Thank you so much Public storage and Tabatha. This place is a complete joke!! The sink and faucet never look cleaned. We even called Callie the DM and she was completely rude blaming me and saying that if I want the dollar special I need to pick a smaller unit that has the special. Just signed up for the first time with Public Storage. She was very helpful from beginning to end and partly the reason I went with this location. The hours shown on the website do not reflect the actual hours someone is in the office. Public Storage has upgraded our HVAC units and they have remodeled the restrooms as well. My family and I will be utilizing there service again in the near future. The loading/unloading is a inside drive thru so no matter the outside elements you are in a dry climate controlled area to do everything once you arrive. I will not be renting from Public Storage and encourage others not to rent from Public Storage. They rarely clean the restrooms! Every season change the units quit working and required service repairs. Laura was very helpful and encouraging during my visit. Oh.and one elevator out of service. Slade was very helpful and efficient in getting us our storage unit. Jody is amazing! We typically go to Uhaul but this will be our #1 after working with Jody today! Best storage rental experience Ive ever had. Kandi spent time assessing my storage needs and showing the units that were available. The registration to payment process was seamless and she was very helpful in suggesting additional products I would need to make my moving items into the unit seamless and convenient. Jody made everything so smooth and easy DEFINITELY recommend! He helped me not once, not twice but at least a dozen times finding my unit! It would be helpful if they put signs with numbers in the hallways much like a hotel does. Tish and Slade customer service is truly impeccable.
